Points will be awarded in each class at our showsThe trophies and rosettes will be presented in September. You do not need to bring your horse with you.

LYDFORD STATION STABLES SUMMER CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS 2012

We will be holding a champion of champions class in September 2012 to find our Summer Champion of Champions. All Supreme Champions and Reserve Supreme Champions at each of our shows from 1st April 2012 to 30th September 2012 will be invited back to the championships listed below. Entry is free. No rosettes to be worn for these championships.

We are also inviting back the winner of our Summer 2011 Challenge Shield to challenge the 2012 Winter Champion of Champions

Junior Championship - To come back in September 2012
Novice Championship - To come back in September 2012
Open Championship - To come back in September 2012
In Hand Championship - To come back in September 2012

Overall Championship - To come back in September 2012

LYDFORD STATION STABLES SUMMER JUMPING LEAGUE

Five rounds of competition. The two highest placed competitors in each class not already qualified will qualify for the finals in September 2012. We will also be awarding separate trophies to the Rider with the Most Clear Rounds, Horse with the Most Clear Rounds, Best Junior Rider, Rider with the Most Points and Horse with the Most Points (points will be awarded per placing in each class entered) - Qualified combinations and trophy winners

LYDFORD STATION STABLES SUMMER DRESSAGE LEAGUE

Five rounds of evening dressage competitions. The two highest placed competitors in each class not already qualified will qualify for the finals which will be held in September 2012. We will also be awarding separate trophies to the Rider with the Highest Score, Horse with the Highest Score, Best Junior Rider (16 years and under on 1st April 2012), Best Senior Rider (35 years and over on 1st April 2011), Best Veteran Horse (15 years and over on 1st April 2011), Super Veteran Horse (25 years and over on 1st April 2012) and Combination with the Highest Accumulative Score. WE TAKE PHOTOS OF ALL HORSES AND COMPETITORS AT OUR SHOWS TO PUT ON OUR WEBSITE. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY FOR US TO DO THIS PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR NUMBER.

PLEASE REMEMBER HORSE RIDING IS A RISK SPORT

Rules & conditions of entry:

• Hats to current BHS standards must be worn at all times when mounted with the chin strap done up.
• The organisers do not accept responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It is recommended that all competitors hold their own third party insurance.
• The judge's decision is final.
• Any complaint must be handed to the secretary in writing on the day of the show along with a deposit of £10 which will be returned if the complaint is upheld.
• All competitors and spectators attend at their own risk.
• All vehicles parked at their owner's risk.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Any horse or pony that kicks must wear a red ribbon in its tail.
• All ridden horses or ponies must be 4 years old or over.
